We’re backed by industry leaders in insurance and tech, and we still have room to grow — that’s where you come in.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">&nbsp;</span></p> <ul> <li>Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform sales strategies and business decisions</li> <li>Develop and maintain regular reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate key metrics and sales performance</li> <li>Forecast sales performance and provide recommendations to achieve revenue targets</li> <li>Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), pipeline metrics, and sales activities</li> <li>Assist with quota setting and incentive compensation analysis</li> <li>Collaborate with marketing and product teams to evaluate campaign and product performance</li> <li>Support CRM data integrity and drive adoption of sales tools and systems</li> <li>Conduct competitive and market analysis as needed</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>What We Need:</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">&nbsp;</span></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field</li> <li>2+ years of experience in sales analysis, business analytics, or a related field (entry-level applicants can adjust this requirement)</li> <li>Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, Google, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)</li> <li>Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)</li> <li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear, actionable manner</li> <li>Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <div><em><strong>Note on Fraudulent Recruiting</strong></em></div> <div><em>We have become aware that there may be fraudulent recruiting attempts being made by people posing as representatives of Next Insurance.
