Affiliate Manager

<p><strong>Location: Office location (Waltham, MA/ Palo Alto, CA)</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>We're hiring an Affiliate Recruitment Manager to build and manage a new partner channel focused on small-scale affiliates and creators. The goal is to drive quote volume and NWP by recruiting business owners, micro-influencers, coaches, and other niche partners aligned with our key sectors.</p> <p>This role sits between affiliate and influencer marketing, with a strong performance orientation. You'll be responsible for sourcing, onboarding, and optimizing relationships with long-tail partners who can reach audiences we don't reach through paid or organic channels today.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Identify and recruit smaller-scale partners with relevant audiences in target sectors (e.g. contractors, real estate, personal services).</li> <li>Manage onboarding and enablement, ensuring new partners ramp quickly and have the tools and messaging they need.</li> <li>Monitor performance and provide feedback and support to improve quality and conversion.</li> <li>Collaborate with internal teams to align partner activity with campaign and sector goals.</li> <li>Report regularly on partner activity, performance, and contribution to marketing KPIs (quotes, NWP).</li> <li>Help design repeatable processes for identifying, managing, and scaling high-performing partners.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What Success Looks Like</strong></p> <ul> <li>Increased quote volume and NWP from SMB-affiliate sources</li> <li>Growing network of active partners across priority sectors</li> <li>Scalable recruitment and onboarding workflows</li> <li>Clear performance tracking and reporting for affiliate contributions</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in affiliate, partnerships, or influencer marketing</li> <li>Experience recruiting and managing partners with measurable outcomes</li> <li>Strong communication, organization, and execution skills</li> <li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple workstreams</li> <li>Comfortable working in a performance-driven, cross-functional environment</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <div><em><strong>Note on Fraudulent Recruiting</strong></em></div> <div><em>We have become aware that there may be fraudulent recruiting attempts being made by people posing as representatives of Next Insurance.
