This is a highly visible and cross-functional position with primary responsibility for developing and managing Errors &amp; Omissions (E&amp;O) insurance products across a range of business classes. We are particularly interested in candidates with deep E&amp;O expertise and a working knowledge of Management Liability lines (such as D&amp;O, EPLI, Fiduciary, and Crime). If you’re excited by the challenge of building smart insurance solutions and driving profitable growth at a tech-forward company—we’d love to talk to you!</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage the profitability, growth, and risk profile of the PL product portfolio.</li> <li>Develop tools/models to analyze loss performance, rate adequacy, and segmentation strategies.</li> <li>Use data-driven insights to refine and optimize appetite, coverage, and pricing structures &amp; logic.</li> <li>Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and performance data to drive continuous improvement and competitiveness.</li> <li>Lead end-to-end development of new PL insurance products, with emphasis on E&amp;O.</li> <li>Explore and support development of management liability products as opportunities emerge.</li> <li>Deliver product updates and performance reports to senior leadership.</li> <li>Act as subject matter expert, representing the PL products to external and internal stakeholders, including senior leadership.</li> <li>Partner with engineering, technical product, legal, compliance, actuarial, and data science teams on delivery and maintenance of compliant and scalable insurance solutions.</li> <li>Coordinate new filings, form updates, and regulatory initiatives with Legal and Compliance.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What We Need:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>8+ years of Professional Liability experience (underwriting, product, actuarial, or related), with emphasis on E&amp;O.</li> <li>Familiarity with Management Liability lines is highly desirable.</li> <li>Proven ability to develop insurance products and manage their financial performance.</li> <li>Comfortable with ambiguity, creative in building solutions, and rigorous in execution.</li> <li>Clear, structured communication skills for both technical and non-technical leadership audiences.</li> <li>Highly organized and capable of managing multiple workstreams across multiple functions.</li> <li>BA/BS degree; advanced degree (MBA, MS) or insurance certifications (e.g., RPLU, CPCU) are a plus.</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in the location(s) listed. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including, without limitation, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
