<p>Next Insurance seeks a strategic Product Manager to lead growth and AI-powered underwriting for key customer segments: Construction, Food & Beverage, or Professional Services. This role focuses on driving segment-specific innovation and expansion.</p>

<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p>
<p>As a Product Manager for a priority customer segment, you will define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for growth and AI-driven underwriting within that segment. You will drive customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction while utilizing AI to enhance underwriting. Collaboration with various teams is crucial for successful product delivery.</p>

<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Develop and execute a product strategy to drive growth within a specific customer segment (Construction, Food & Beverage, or Professional Services).</li>
<li>Lead the integration of AI models into the underwriting and onboarding process.</li>
<li>Engage with customers in your segment to understand their needs and translate them into product requirements.</li>
<li>Analyze customer and operational data to identify growth opportunities and process improvements.</li>
<li>Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs).</li>
<li>Collaborate with design, customer service, engineering, data science, machine learning, and sales teams.</li>
<li>Foster innovation and rapid iteration.</li>
<li>Hypothesize, build, measure, and learn to inform product direction.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What You Need</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>BA/BS degree required.</li>
<li>6+ years of product management experience</li>
<li>Proven success in leading cross-functional teams and complex projects.</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.</li>
<li>Great executive communication skills</li>
<li>Passion for serving small businesses and their insurance needs.</li>
