We’re backed by industry leaders in insurance and tech, and we still have room to grow — that’s where you come in.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">&nbsp;</span></p> <ul> <li>Lead and manage financial projects independently from planning to execution.</li> <li>Build, maintain, and enhance complex financial and forecasting models to support strategic decision-making.</li> <li>Develop executive-level presentation materials, including board decks, financial commentary, and visualizations that clearly communicate financial insights.</li> <li>Analyze financial data and trends to provide actionable insights to senior leadership.</li> <li>Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment on financial goals and deliverables.</li> <li>Utilize forecasting and planning tools to support company-wide financial initiatives and enhance predictive accuracy.</li> <li>Support long-range and annual financial planning processes including income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow modeling.</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>What We Need:</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">&nbsp;</span></p> <ul> <li>BA/BS in finance, accounting, economics or a quantitative discipline (Masters is a plus).</li> <li>5+ years of experience in FP&amp;A, corporate finance, or a related field, ideally in a SaaS or tech-driven company.</li> <li>Proven ability to independently manage projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Advanced skills in presentation design and storytelling for executive audiences.</li> <li>Strong command of financial modeling, analysis, and a deep understanding of all three financial statements.</li> <li>Experience with forecasting tools (e.g., Adaptive Planning, Anaplan) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker).</li> <li>Technologically savvy with the ability to quickly grasp new tools and systems.</li> <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a team-oriented mindset.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in the location(s) listed. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including, without limitation, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
