I need help managing my account: access, billing, policy updates, etc.
To manage your account, you just need to log in to your account.
Account access:
If you’re having trouble accessing your account, please email support@nextinsurance.com.
Billing:
To check your billing date or update payment information, once you’re logged in, go to the “Account” tab in the menu and select “Billing.”
Update policy:
Once you’re logged into your online account, you can make changes to your policy such as updating your business address, contact information, number of employees and coverage limits.
