How do I get a certificate of insurance?
Log in to your account via web or mobile app to access and create unlimited certificates of insurance (COI).
- All COIs are saved in your account.
- To access an existing COI, go to the “Certificates” tab and find it under Custom Certificates.
- To create a new COI, click on “Create Custom Certificate.”
- Select “Create manually” or “Upload a sample certificate.” We’ll use your sample to instantly create a customized COI.
- Enter the certificate holder or additional insured’s name and address. Click “Next.”
- Select desired endorsements (changes). Click “Next.”
- Review and confirm certificate details, then click “Submit.” Your screen should refresh with your new certificate.
