How do I file a claim or check its status?
Log in to your account and go to the “Claims” tab in the menu to file a claim or check on the status of an existing claim.
File a claim:
- Select “File a claim,” to pull up our virtual claims assistant.
- Answer the questions and add any photos or documentation.
- Your dedicated claims advocate will reach out with any follow-up questions or instructions.
Check claim status:
- Once logged in, you’ll see your claims status from the “Claims” tab.
