Do I need to provide proof of my child care provider license to sign up?

No! We aim to make this process as quick and easy as possible, so that means you do not need to have your license number on hand before signing up.

How many children may I care for with this policy?

Our policies do not provide coverage for more than 18 children. The number of children you may care for depends on your license status, the licensing requirements in your state, and the number of providers you have.

I provide overnight child care. Am I still eligible for this insurance policy?

Unfortunately, at this time we are not able to offer insurance to providers who care for children overnight.

What is the maximum number of hours I can care for children per day?

Our policies provide coverage for up to 15 hours of child care each day.

Do you provide coverage for commercial centers as well?

Unfortunately, at this time we are only able to offer insurance to in-home day care providers. This means that the child care provider must live in the home where child care services are being provided.

How long will it take to get my policy after I buy?

In case you purchase your policy online you will receive your policy documents via email within one business day of purchase.
In case you purchase through an agent your agent will let you know when to expect your documents.

What kinds of coverage does an In-Home Day Care policy provide?

Our policies provide General Liability, Professional Liability, and Accident & Health coverage

Why can’t I log in to my account to change my payment details or check my billing date?

We’re still working on giving our Day Care customers access to their accounts on our webiste. In the meantime, if you’d like to check your billing date or update your payment information please call us at 855-222-5919 and we can process the changes for you. Stay tuned for log in access soon!
