Responsibilities:

You will work closely with management to develop recruiting needs and hiring goals.

You enjoy researching, identifying, and developing relationships with prospective candidates for active searches through targeted company research, passive outreach, industry networking, and internal sources.

You are curious by data and using metrics and analytics to keep executives informed on hiring progress through simple and effective communications, including dashboard presentations.

You have a gift for organizing and facilitating kick-offs, debriefs and driving offer approval, extension, and negotiation.

You are always looking to improve the way we do things and finding efficient methods to create the best talent acquisition team.

Desired Skills and Experience:

A minimum of 3 years recruiting at a high growth tech company, especially around the product, marketing, customer service, and G&A teams.

Proven experience in constantly delivering on hiring goals.

Super strong sourcing abilities and networking.

Expertise in managing internal relations with hiring teams, stakeholders to ensure a positive and efficient hiring experience.

Affinity towards working in a fast-paced, dynamic, challenging, and constantly changing environment.

Demonstrate excellent interpersonal as well as verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to multi-task; be proactive and results-oriented.

A true team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
