Product Manager, Member Experience

We are looking for an outstanding Product Manager to join the Member Experience team which is responsible for developing delightful digital post-purchase experiences. Our focus is to ensure our members thrive and develop automation experiences to enable efficient and customer-centric post-purchase support. As a PM on the team, you will own the process of applying cutting edge innovations, leveraging data to make decisions, and employing customer empathy and insights to drive clarity on the biggest opportunities. This is a high impact role with an opportunity to transform the post-purchase customer experience and drive long term business impact.


Drive product development from conception to launch

Formulate the product strategy and vision, and prioritize the product roadmap and backlog

Write product requirements for design and engineering

Perform user research, vendor and competitor analysis as needed

Analyze product performance and set customer satisfaction and business impact goals

Work cross-functionally with design, engineering, operations, data science, insurance specialists, customer support, marketing, and external partners


3+ years of product management experience at a tech company

Demonstrated success owning a major product feature end to end

Experience analyzing, interpreting, and leveraging data to make product decisions

Strong technical competency

Excels in working with cross-functional teams

Bachelor's degree required
