We are currently looking for a Product Manager to join our Growth team. The Growth team is responsible for driving top-line revenue growth by opening new product-driven channels, acquiring more profitable customers, improving conversion, and increasing average revenue per user at and after purchase. As a PM on this team, you may own a major part of our purchase experience, a key partnership product, or a new initiative designed to acquire organic traffic.
Own a strategically important growth product area end-to-end
Drive product development from conception to launch
Formulate the product strategy and vision, and prioritize the product roadmap and backlog in your product area
Analyze and optimize the behavior of our users
Write product requirements for design and engineering
Test and measure results and make iterations based on the learnings
Perform user research and competitive analysis as needed
Work cross-functionally with design, engineering, marketing, business intelligence, insurance operations, customer support, senior management, and external partners
3+ years experience in product management in B2B tech or consumer tech company
Demonstrated success owning a major product feature end-to-end
Strong technical competency
