We’re looking for an experienced People Partner to join our growing team in Kfar Saba, Israel.  You’ll work closely with the global People team, IL Manager, and help to build unique people-based solutions that will scale our culture as we grow. 




  • Business partner to managers and leaders by providing thought leadership on how to develop and implement the right people solutions to execute against the business strategy
  • Proactively identify and resolve organizational challenges. 
  • Partner with the global People team to optimize the end to end, people, processes (welfare, compensation, benefits, L&D, etc.)
  • Execute on talent management strategies to support teams growth and individual development plans
  • Support develop & implement HR policies & processes- local HR policies, comp & benefits programs, handbooks, localized HR systems, and more.
  • Promote diversity awareness in the organization
  • Partner with the global People team to set the long-term vision and strategy for Israel’s people organization. 
  • Coach, partner, and develop managers and leaders
  • Partner with the talent acquisition manager and the stakeholders to ensure an excellent onboarding experience for new hires. 



  • 5+ years experience in HR Business Partner role (or similar) in a technology company
  • Experience working with a US-based, global company
  • You have good judgment and problem-solving capabilities
  • Analytically driven, you are experienced in utilizing qualitative and quantitative approaches to problem-solving and root cause analysis.
  • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hebrew.
  • You possess impeccable discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information.
  • You are agile, fearless, and able to adapt to shifting priorities.
  • BA/BS required; advanced degree preferred in organizational development/psychology.
