Learning and Development Program Manager

We are looking to add a Learning and Development Program Manager to support our talent development programs. You will play a critical role in establishing the learning and development ecosystem within Next Insurance. Responsibilities:

Establish practices, processes, and tools to ensure organized project management for multiple programs running at a time with standards for learning program quality, impact, and engagement.

Support the design & execution of a best-in-class global onboarding program in a high-growth environment with a remote workforce.

Manage programs from end-to-end while providing consistent communication with stakeholders, teammates, and leadership regarding timelines and milestones.

Partner with delivery teams on pilots and ongoing evaluation to determine (and implement) necessary improvements.

Be the front of the room facilitator in virtual and live employee training and the back of the room support for other facilitators, as well as co-facilitate.

Desired Skills and Experience:

3-5 years of program management experience 

1-2 years experience in L&D or talent development at a global organization

Strong organizational and communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work seamlessly with a variety of personalities and functional disciplines

Excellent communicator in written and verbal form

BA/BS degree
