You have experience leading teams of 3-6 software engineers. You are a people person who has the ability to attract and motivate talented software engineers
You have been a developer yourself with a minimum of 4-5 years of hands-on experience developing and scaling complex Web-Systems, including CI/CD pipelines, tests automation, using at least one SPA framework (Angular/React/Vue.js),
You have a strong product and architectural vision and a demonstrated ability to collaborate, communicate, advocate, and execute on that vision
