Despite the size of the market, the experience of buying small business insurance has not caught up with best practices instituted in other industries like banking, lending, and even personal lines insurance. There is still a lot of paper involved, purchasing a policy can take days or even weeks, and the coverage is so complex that it’s hard for entrepreneurs to understand what they are buying. We’re here to change that. Our goal is to make insurance simple, affordable, and transparent for small businesses so they can stop worrying about insurance and focus on running their businesses.

The Employer Branding Manager will oversee all Talent branding strategies. The person will also plan, establishes, and oversees the company’s social media presence on Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc and blogging websites and Help build pipelines and attract great candidates to Next. Extra duties incorporate setting up and managing an internet marketing system to promote job openings and career opportunities at the company. Growing the company’s online presence on various work sites, creating innovative ways to attract prospective employees to the company’s website and distinguishing new recruitment opportunities through social media,

Responsibilities:

Experience in the tech space – recruiting, marketing, or employer branding.

Proven track record in executing successful employer branding/marketing initiatives globally.

Established relationships with potential employer branding partners, eg. Platforms or organizations.

Experience in using data to tell compelling stories and securing buy-in.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Strong interpersonal skills, the gravitas to work effectively with a wide range of internal clients and partners of varying levels of seniority including engineering.

Ability to juggle multiple competing priorities, while remaining composed, thorough, and detail orientated.

Resourceful –able to think creatively and cost-effectively.

Excellent research skills- always on top of industry changes and trends.

The ability to be agile and pivot at short notice.

Proactive, able to spot future trends and position Discovery to capitalize on these.

Passionate, proactive, solution orientated, creative, and able to think and learn quickly.
