We’re looking for an outstanding Compliance Analyst to play a key role within our insurance product team. This person and the team will collaborate extensively with the insurance product managers, with the ultimate goal of delivering best-in-class products to small businesses nationwide. Own and facilitate the entire insurance product filing process
Formulate filing strategies and manage the status of all 51 jurisdictions for lines of businesses
Manage tight deadlines and relationships with external consulting teams and state regulators
Collaborate with Insurance Product Managers on projects ranging from regulatory compliance research and state surveys to product development
Project manage compliance issues cross-functionally with Insurance Product Managers, Product Managers, and Engineering to ensure risks are mitigated and necessary updates are completed
Organize and maintain all filing-related documentation on Confluence, JIRA, and internal databases
1-5 years of experience either (a) filing new insurance products (Form, Rate, Rule) and amendments across multiple states and lines of businesses OR (b) working in a legal or compliance-related function in a highly regulated industry
Familiarity with 51 jurisdictions’ filing laws and filing on SERFF & Florida’s i-File system preferred
Experience in responding to objections and filling out transmittals preferred
Stellar ability to manage competing priorities and multiple responsibilities
Strong accountability and the ability to work autonomously
BA / BS degree
