Desired Skills and Experience:
8+ years related experience
Demonstrated experience defining brand voice and managing excellence across a wide range of marketing assets
Ability to hire, foster and lead writers and or CW/AD teams
Broad portfolio of polished work across web, digital, and social demonstrating excellence in copy execution
Attention to detail with a high bar, balanced with an ability to achieve speed to market
Ability to integrate customer data and insights into campaign strategy
Ability to break down complex, technical topics and make them sound more human
Comfortable partnering with editorial writers to drive the identity through longer-form content
Positive, adaptable, and excited for a challenge
